#FACILITA2027: making and holding time

Viviamo anni in cui tutto succede velocemente. I clienti chiedono incontri sempre più brevi e processi sempre più compressi, senza abbassare le proprie aspettative.
Qual è il nostro rapporto con il tempo? Che strategie mettiamo in campo per gestire al meglio il tempo della facilitazione?
#FACILITA2027 è dedicata ad esplorare il nostro rapporto con il tempo: il tempo che abbiamo, il tempo che non è mai abbastanza, il tempo che creiamo.
- Come sono cambiate le agende dei nostri incontri?
- Cosa facciamo per dare ritmo, spazio, profondità ed energia alle conversazioni che contano?
- Come possiamo accellerare il lavoro senza compromettere la qualità di quello che facciamo?
- Come possiamo aiutare gruppi e organizzazioni a rallentare?
Making and Holding Time è un invito a confrontarci, sperimentare e riflettere insieme su una delle risorse più preziose — e più contese — del nostro lavoro di facilitatori.
I lavori inizieranno nel pomeriggio di giovedì 11 e si concluderanno entro l’ora di pranzo di sabato 13.
Dove lavoreremo
Anche quest’anno saremo ospiti di Olinda, cooperativa sociale attiva all’interno dell’ex ospedale psichiatrico Paolo Pini.
Lavoreremo negli spazi del suggestivo TeatroLaCucina.
Nel consueto spirito di #FACILITA, pasti e coffee break saranno a carico dei partecipanti.
All’interno del teatro sarà sempre disponibile un servizio bar e, il venerdì a pranzo, sarà possibile scegliere da un menu semplice e conviviale.
Giovedì e venerdì sera vi aspettiamo per un aperitivo offerto da noi.
Per chi desidera cenare insieme, sarà possibile farlo (a proprie spese) presso il ristorante di Olinda.
Dove alloggiare
Milano offre una vasta scelta di sistemazioni.
Il TeatroLaCucina si trova vicino alla fermata Affori FN della linea gialla (M3), quindi è facile raggiungerlo da qualunque punto della città.
Per chi cerca un’opzione più economica e spartana, segnaliamo l’Ostello di Olinda, che accoglie con piacere i partecipanti a #FACILITA2027.

Come registrarsi
Per facilitare l’organizzazione, vi invitiamo a registrarvi il prima possibile: possiamo ospitare fino a 110 persone.
Le iscrizioni aprono il 2 novembre 2026 e chiudono il 5 marzo 2027 (o a raggiungimento della capienza massima di posti disponibili).
Il contributo di partecipazione è di 250 euro (IVA e commissioni incluse).
Per i membri IAF - International Association of Facilitators (link per iscriversi alla IAF), il contributo è ridotto a 125 euro (IVA e commissioni incluse). Se sei una persona iscritta alla IAF, richiedi il codice ai responsabili di IAF Italia.

#FACILITA2027: making and holding time

The conference
We are living through years in which everything happens fast. Clients are asking for shorter meetings and increasingly compressed processes—without lowering their expectations.
How do we approach these challenges? What strategies do we use to make the best use of time in facilitation?
#FACILITA2027 is dedicated to exploring our relationship with time: the time we have, the time that never seems enough, and the time we create.
- How have the agendas of our meetings changed?
- What do we do to bring rhythm, space, depth, and energy to the conversations that matter?
- How can we accelerate the work without compromising the quality of what we do?
- How can we help groups and organizations slow down?
Making and holding time is an invitation to exchange ideas, experiment, and reflect together on one of the most precious—and most contested—resources in our work as facilitators.
The conference will begin on the afternoon of Thursday, March 11, and will conclude by lunchtime on Saturday, March 13.
The venue
This year again, we will be hosted by Olinda, a no profit organisation active within the former Paolo Pini psychiatric hospital.
We will work in the unique spaces of TeatroLaCucina.
In the usual spirit of #FACILITA, meals and coffee breaks will be at participants’ own expense. A bar service will always be available inside the theater, and, on Friday at lunchtime, participants will be able to choose from a simple and convivial menu.
On Thursday and Friday evening, we look forward to welcoming you for an aperitivo offered by us.
For those who would like to have dinner together, it will also be possible to dine (at your own expense) at the Olinda restaurant.
Where to stay
Milan offers a wide range of accommodation options. TeatroLaCucina is close to the Affori FN stop on the yellow metro line (M3), making it easy to reach from anywhere in the city. For those looking for a simpler and more affordable option, we recommend the Olinda Hostel, which is happy to welcome participants of #FACILITA2027. Places are limited, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible by contacting the hostel directly (please specify that you will be attending the conference):

How to register
To help us organize the conference, we invite you to register as early as possible: we can host up to 110 participants. Registration opens on November 2, 2026, and closes on March 7, 2027 (or earlier if maximum capacity is reached). The registration fee is 250 euros (VAT included). For members of the International Association of Facilitators, the fee is reduced to 125 euros (VAT included). Invoices and receipts
All participation fees will be invoiced by Gerardo de Luzenberger sas. Upon registration, you will receive a receipt from Eventbrite, which is not a fiscal invoice.
If you prefer to register via bank transfer, or for any other administrative or fiscal request, please contact the organizing team. Official fiscal invoices will be issued one week before the event.
