Process consultant, facilitator and trainer, expert in participatory planning, consensus building, conflict and change management.

In 2006 he founded Genius Loci, a facilitation and consultancy company specialised in the field of participatory planning, informal learning and training, change management and meeting facilitation.

Founder, in partnership with Bureau Frank Little (the Netherlands) of the Scuola di Facilitazione, the first Italian initiative aiming at training in group work and team management, facilitation and participatory planning techniques.

He runs courses on participatory approaches and techniques in a number of Italian Universities and since 2007 is adjunct professor in Participatory Project Management at Trento University, faculty of engineering.

He is member of IAF – the International Association of Facilitators. Since July 2007 he is a IAF Certified Professional Facilitator. He’s one of the founder of IAF Italian chapter and since 2013 he’s a member of IAF EMENA team.

He’s an Assessor in the IAF CPF programme and, from January 2019, he is servicing IAF global Board as Director of Professional Development.

In 2016 he has got a certification on Agile Foundations from the Agile Consortium. He is a certified facilitator in Lego Serious Play Methods.
